Far better than Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey but still doing little to overturn the verdict that not all films need a continuation, let alone to become trilogies. Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine are best on-screen, channelling a next-gen Bill & Tedness.

Galaxy Quest

Out-of-work SF actors are plucked from the convention circuit by guileless aliens who, failing to distinguish them from their Star Trek -like characters, beseech them to intervene in a real-life space war. The quality of the cast makes this spoof very watchable.
